The Journey of the Founder

Ladies and gentlemen, allow me to share with you the remarkable journey of Osei Nti, PhD(c), DBA(c)—a visionary leader whose path has been anything but ordinary.

From 2001 to 2007, Osei Nti walked a solitary road without mentors or guides, relying solely on the Holy Spirit for direction. Every lesson, correction, and spark of inspiration was born in prayer and obedience. Though he opened his heart to many, he faced betrayal and silent opposition. Yet even in seasons of rejection and quiet suffering, he learned to discipline his focus and trust God’s voice above the noise.

Between 2008 and 2018, he poured himself into building ministries and businesses with purpose. Despite investing his time, ideas, and resources, he faced sabotage, legal battles, and the heartbreak of having his intellectual property stolen. But in the wilderness of disappointment, God gave him a profound revelation: he was not merely called to build companies, but to establish a prophetic governance system. That vision birthed OSEINTITM™—the spiritual and operational engine driving Oseinti Legacy Centre Inc., Kestious Consortium Limited, and OseintiHub.

When Osei relocated to the United States in March 2019, he stepped into a new chapter of both freedom and challenge. Again, he encountered people who exploited his vulnerability. But as before, God transformed pain into purpose. His relentless vision and unwavering faith began to open unexpected doors, leading to the creation of a faith-governed, multinational ecosystem rooted in revelation, obedience, and grace.

In September 2019, Osei embraced a new pursuit: advancing his secular education beyond his earlier Bible degree. He undertook three demanding graduate programs—earning his Master of Education (M.Ed.), Master of Science in Management and Leadership (MSML), and Master of Business Administration (MBA). By God’s grace and his own perseverance, he completed all three degrees, equipping him to lead with both spiritual authority and professional excellence. Today, he continues his academic journey as a Ph.D. and Doctor of Business Administration candidate, determined to merge divine revelation with strategic governance and organizational leadership.

Through painful seasons in Ghana, missions and consulting across nations, and storms faced in ministry and business, Osei has learned one enduring truth: stay focused on God—not the promises of men. His journey is not merely a leadership narrative or a corporate brand; it is a living testimony.
